Buckham Gallery, an artist-run, not for profit exhibition and performance space, is seeking innovative work in any medium for its October 2011 - September 2012 exhibition season.
The gallery is located in downtown Flint, Michigan, on the second floor (no elevator). The walls are white wall board and/or plywood, with all hardwood floors in the 60 x 40 foot space. The ceiling bows from 10 feet on the sides to 16 feet in the center. There are two movable walls which are 10 feet high and 12 feet long, and several 4 x 7 foot movable panels. In addition to visual artists, we also encourage the application of artists interested in any special exhibitions or performance arts that may be appropriate for the space.
